Adama TRAORE

Adama TRAORE started his professional career as a legal advisor at Maître Mame Adama Gueye & Associés in 2007.

Having passed the competitive examination of the Centre de Formation Judiciaire in 2009, he worked as a magistrate of the Senegalese Judiciary for ten years (at the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Dakar and Pikine-Guédiawaye, at the Constitutional Council and at the Tribunal de Commerce of Dakar).

After his resignation, duly accepted by the Authority, he applied for admission to the Senegalese Bar. His application was accepted by the Bar Council and he is now an associate lawyer at Maître Mame Adama GUEYE & Partners.

He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar and is a specialist in Business Law.

As such, he is both attached to the litigation and advisory departments of the firm.

He is an arbitrator, registered since 2017 at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre of Dakar (CCIAD).

He is also Vice-Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Senegalese Professional Football League.
